AM3 Motherboard Help!

I have been looking at the 350D and it looks awesome! I would quite like to water-cool when I have the time and money, a case like that would be perfect!
However... I cant replace my case, motherboard, CPU and/or RAM to get an Intel Micro ATX motherboard just yet.

Are there any decent AM3 motherboards that support SATA 6Gb/s, Gigabit LAN, USB 3.0 and a 120W overclocked CPU?

I know its a tall order, but I thought best ask before giving up all hope

Hello, There many ATX Boards that support that you have no trouble at all or
do you mean AMD AM3/AM3+ Micro ATX? if so I am the Person to ask

I should have made it more clear that I am looking for a Micro ATX motherboard
I currently have an MSI 870A-G54 FX with added heatsinks on the VRM's.

Have you got any recommendations for a MicroATX alternative?

Yes , I been doing almost full day looking at the Micro ATX Amd Motherboards
with USB 3.0 & SATA 3 6.0G connectors
here are the ones am3/am3+ motherboards 800 range chipset

ASROCK 890GM Pro3 R2.0 very rare not seen any for sale anywhere
Asrock 880GMH/U3S3 seen few on the Bay Used
ASROCK 960GM/U3S3 FX get them for new still in the Amazon for less than £50 should be able to go upto Fx 8350 Piledriver Cpu , Motherboard no good for oc

Gigabyte GA-880GMA-USB3 board is Rare - I Purchased 1 on the Bay as a Refurb got 6 sata 3 6.0s and usb 3s & great for Oc
just installed that in me other pc with the new A30 Armor Micro ATX case from Thermaltake

that's about it ,msi & other makers did not really bring any out , the motherboards above may need a lower end CPU Like QUAD OR AMD X6 CPU to boot up to flash the bios to the latest to use the Bulldozer FX &
Piledriver FX CPU's

AMD FM2 (A85X/A75/A55 Chipset) they got sata 3 6.0 and USB 3 ,but only Support for AMD Trinity Socket FM2 100W processors
