I have the cpu fan curve set constant until 50c is reached so the fan speed is stable while performing low demand tasks. As for the case fans, I linked them on a curve tied to the VRM temp.

I've tinkered some more, I notice my CPU never went over 63C under load which was 85% on the fan profile so I dropped the 85% to 60C and 100% to 70C and after 1.5 hours of gaming it didnt go over 60C so saved 3C and the average core boost over 1.5 hours gaming was over 4.0GHZ which is nice with all cores hitting max XFR of 4.25GHZ

Also finished messing with my case fans now, got them set at 20% (300 rpm!) each up to 30C system temp and 35C 100% works perfectly I cannot hear my PC at all at idle considering its a Meshify C and the fans were around a fiver each thats pretty amazing
