ive had a few 9070xt's tbf, but only one 5070ti if you take RT out of the situation every 9070xt even the super cheap ones i've had benched higher and gamed better than the 5070ti did, and the 5070ti i have was a good model with modded bios.
ive had a pulse for about 2 weeks now and its silent(ish is there really silent when gaming...) but ever the £550 9070xt beats the 5070ti in games. or it dose in my case, 7900x3d, 1440p 165hz gaming
