AM5 motherboard with 8+8+4 slots

Hi, looking for AM5 motherboards which can be configured to have 2 x 8 line ( in 16 line ) slots , plus a line 4 slot.
The only motherboard so far I've found is the proart b650 , the others I've looked at have a 16 line slot for the video plus a second 16 line slot but only at times 4.
I want to make a NAS type device so need 8 lines for a video card for decoding + 8 lines for a HBA card for my zfs pool + 4 lines for a sfp+ card.

I think you've already picked them out though, I can't see any other alternatives.
