Am5 no signal

Heyo

I did build a new am5 system with some old components and all of them worked fine separate but now there's no signal and no usb

I did reset the CMOS, remove battery, flash bios, make sure about cables, rams...

I don't know what else to do

It's 1-3 from right to left, first one next to the 24pin motherboard cable

But it was before in the other 2 whatever was 1-3 or 2-4 since idk which one is 1-3 actually, but I didn't boot long, I'll try now with it and let's see
 
If i am looking at the correct motherboard (Asrock A620M Pro RS/WIFI) the RAM goes in A2 + B2, so you have them in the correct slots.

The USB3 plug looks to be a bit wonky.

Can you get a signal using IGPU? You may have to remove your 3080 to get it to work.

Can you list all components you are using?

Asrock a620m rs pro
LEVV CRAS XR5 RGB 32GB kit (16GB x2) 6200MHz Gaming Memory DDR5 RAM XMP 3.0 (I'll try later Corsair ones)
3080 ti evga ftw
Corsair rm 750w

I did re install the cpu but same problem and two red lights on dram and cpu...
