Just want to say how amazed i am at my recent motherboard upgrade from a Asus A8n sli-deluxe to a DFI Lanparty Sli-DR, and in the short time i've had it up and running my ram has gone from running 2-3-2-5 1T timings to now running 2-2-2-8 1T and speeds are up from 200mhz to 215mhz and i'm still playing, stability at 2.8ghz on the cpu seems a lot more stable and feels asthough it has a lot more headroom, so i will look at trying for 3ghz at the weekend aswell as pushing my ram further!
The only thing that disapointed me was that my cpu and system idle temps are a lot higher than previously, i used to idle at around 28c system and 32c cpu now my system idles at 39c and my cpu at 36c, this could be due to the fact that my arctic freezer 64 pro is facing toward the bottom of my case, where as before it was facing toward the front of my case pulling the air through and out of my 120mm exhaust fan!
