BE QUICK tomorrow guys, consider this a forums heads up! :)

Great price. Just for information Crucial did a bit of a bait and switch with these, initially the smaller drives were TLC and were switched to QLC quickly with no real notification. The 1TB has always been QLC as best I can see. Just be careful when looking at reviews as the early reviews of the smaller drives aren't representative of this drives performance.

Still £60 is not bad, even if QLC.

Well I think at £60 its the cheapest 1TB M2 drive on the market and it still offers better performance than some of the best SATA drives which is not to be sniffed at because its not like the SATA drives were ever slow, simple fact is SSD are all fast simply due to the crazy fast random access times.

I believe the P5 is it is the much better drive and only a few quid more. The P5 uses much better tech and DRAM, etc iirc.

This is a good drive if you plan on keeping it for say 1-3 years before upgrading again IMO. If you are planning to keep for 3+ years better spending the few quid more.

Yeah I grabbed a P5 a week or two ago, better drive but prices have gone up since.

P5's are now nearly £100, near double the money, that is hardly a few quid more which would normally mean less than £10 more which presently does not seem to be the case, most places are £90-£100 on the P5, which is a lot more than a few quid. :)

Didn't realise prices have went up and I specifically didn't want to check because naming prices isn't allowed on here. If that is correct then this is a very good deal then for someone looking for a cheap drive. Last time I checked the difference was less than £20 in it. That was only like a month or two ago as well.

That's a GREAT deal btw gents. Snap it up. I can't get this model for anything like that cheap over here. Seriously... very good price.

BTW: Your image is showing the 250GB model, and not the 1TB it looks like. I know it's not a big deal, just thought I'd mention it :)
