Amazing value properties in the US - what's the catch?

I was looking at getting a house near me, so I was on the right move app on the iphone, and was looking at starter houses such as terraced or semi detatched ranging from £80000-£120000 depending on state of the house and area.

I saw they also sell overseas properties and was amazed to see this...

How is that house possible at that price? I would struggle to buy a 2 bed terraced house at that price, let alone a 4 bed, 4 bathroom villa with pool in Florida!

OP, you can get very cheap housing in places such as Detroit. However, you will get murdered.

But this one was in Florida - I would have thought this would have been a very sought out property. Evidently I am wrong by the price of these houses?
