Amazon are an absolute joke

Amazon is amazing. I can lie here in my pants and not have to go to the shops with the general public. Stuff is usually here next day and the CS is excellent.

Well..at least they’re doing right by sending you a new copy, and a few months of prime (it shouldn’t have taken a second complaint to get to that point though.. :/ )
 
So some scumbag steals some stuff. Amazon goes out of their way gives you free stuff and replacement item = bad?

I had a pair of Buds Pro stole last month. Asked two questions was the package sealed or not sealed?

Replacement or refund?

Sent new item that night.

I once received a kit of 4 memory with 2 sticks missing and I've heard reports of people buying the latest CPU's and getting a 10-15 year old CPU in the box. They don't seem to check returns very thoroughly so scammers are obviously filling their boots.
 
There is a thief at the warehouse! Although i have to say the refund was VERY easy, chat via website, 2mins flat, if that. Done.

First time it's happened.
