Amazon.co.uk Dispatch E-Mail for Touch

I've got both an Oculus pre-order (arriving today, woop!) and Amazon pre-order still estimated for delivery today but not yet been dispatched.

If Royal Mail have got their hands on it they're probably just covering their backsides with that estimate. For a courier to have something in their hands for 10 days would likely reduce efficiency.

To be honest, I'd suggest it's possible you're misreading the email - are you sure they've just not updated your delivery information to say that it's going to be delivered on the 16th but haven't actually said it's been dispatched?

Nope, I got charged which means it's legit and the date is 16/12 for delivery (I'm Cyprus based btw, kind of strange to use Royal Mail though maybe it shipped straight from the Netherlands)

Amazon has to dispatch (basically ship) to charge you (by law no charge unless dispatched of what I have read).

Strangely I just got my Oculus Rift delivered. That will keep me busy until the G29 and Touch Controllers arrive :D
