Over the past few years i've had about 5 item disputes with Amazon:

1. HDD raid cage said delivered to work but reception had no idea., replaced

2. Baby seat for car! apparently delivery rang my buzzer, said amazon delivery but never came up to the 2nd floor and never told me it was for me and that he left it by the door entrance downstairs. Took a walk or a drive. By this time i'd been accustomed to them ringing our buzzer for other peoples deliveries and thought nothing of it until i noticed it said 'delivered' in my order. Got a new seat sent. I could tell the reps were really squeezing on that one as it was 149.00 and i had to go to neighbours etc.. while on the phone but eventually they caved.

3. Cheap tweeter box apparently left by my flat door but they never knocked or rang. Never saw it. Refunded.

4. Gigabyte Z370 mobo from the 'used' but like new warehouse. Empty mobo box with just cables. Refunded.

Now 5 is a set of knives and forks for toddlers, box is empty. no product or product box whatsoever but it's only 8.99 or so and i'm wondering if i should dispute or just leave it for a bigger issue as i don't want to overdo it and get flagged or something. I've bought maybe 200 items this year but don't know if that counts!

Its only a 2 storey building with 12 flats and most deliveries go off without a hitch, the first time was at work where it was supposed to be delivered during term time but ended up coming at half term and there were only a few construction workers and plumbers etc.. there. The name that signed for it was unknown to any of us and it was never left in reception so easyish to explain. I'm also looking after my 20 month old daughter so can't really be as mobile as i want with the extra complication of needing to buy a car at some point as my 330D has a broken clutch and flywheel and not worth the fix as next year it'll be more or less useless in London, wife uses her mini for work.

If you have only had 5 issues in the past "few years" of ordering from Amazon, and in the last year alone you have ordered ~200 items, I don't think that's an issue.
I doubt any other company would be as good as that.

Not saying the delivery is bad, just wondering if maybe they will mark me as bad or something. I've been a member since 2003 but it was mostly for my late dad who was a teacher and ordered a lot of books at the time. Don't think i really ramped up on orders until they became a proper retailer. Looking at my order history i ordered average 6 items a year up to 2011, then 2012 was 44 and by 2019 it was 182, so far past 6 months is 106, i got married in 2015..hmmm.
