Amazon fba - are we allowed to discuss this?

I set it up and used it a lot at a company I used to work for as we sold spares and so on through Amazon/eBay/company sites.

It can be very useful as long as you manage it well.

I have 40 items I have made to send off with some hope of them going at this time of year. The plan is that any profit I will make on this first lot will go into pay per click advertising or amazon advertising. Also I will be offering a follow on gift to buyers in return for reviews.

Does this sound a good plan or would it not even scratch the surface to get notice on there.
Advertising budget is £160

It depends on what product we're talking about, really.

Is it likely that it's unique enough that someone searching for it will find it regardless or is it so generic that you've got no chance of making a return for any advertising (given other products will have more to spend on advertising).
