Amazon Kindle store problem

Any of you guys got a Kindle?

When I am looking to buy books on the Kindle store, I find it hard to decide which books to buy. There is so much choice. One method I have to find books is to search the store for a book that I have already and then scroll down to the "Customers who bought this also bought" section and click on "See All" And usually it lists around 100 books.

But, when I try to do that now, it comes back and says 0 Kindle Titles. I have tried it on a different network and I have tried resetting my kindle but hasn't made any difference. I first noticed this last week, I wasn't at home and thought it was just a bad connection or something.

I haven't searched the store in a couple of months, was there any changes made that I might have missed?

If somebody reading this has a kindle, can you check the store and check if the "See all" option returns a list of books? I have a Kindle Oasis, if that makes any difference.


Sorry Mods, wasn't sure which section to post this. If this is wrong, can you move it to the right section please??

Sounds like an issue with your Oasis or maybe they've pushed out an update that's screwed something up? Try posting on their kindle forum under the Oasis section, maybe some else has the same problem or maybe some can help?

To find the forum (on PC) go to their website, open the menu (top left), scroll down to Customer Service, Click on Digital Services and Device Support, Select Kindle E-Readers, on the menu shown on the left bottom option is "Digital and Device Forum", Select Kindle E-Reader (again!) then choose Kindle Oasis - post in there.

One thing that frustrates me about that e-shop is how difficult it can be to find support sometimes!!

Thank you very much!! I just wanted to somebody to confirm that the store worked ok for them before I went looking further into it.

I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.
