Hello

just wondering if anyone has had this problem

basically every now and then i like to have a manual rummage around on my hard drives to make sure there is nothing taking up space that has not been auto uninstalled ect. i had a look in my /Local folder and found amazon music player in there, found a temp folder with 6gig of temp music files in it!! WTF i have had a look at the settings in the player, but can not see any options to disable it?

i like using the full software as i can play from the cloud, and dont need the music on pc in the 1st place, but it still seems to be creating temp music files

i suppose the reason it does that is to save bandwidth - not just for you but them as well. if there is no option to clear the cache or set a limit then i guess you could try deleting the folder manually and hoping you don't break the program. :p

completely defeats the object of using it as a could service, if it is going download the file still :S

the same bandwidth gets used whether the file is saved or not. and you would have to agree it would be madness to re-download the file 10 times if you chose to to listen to the same track 10 times in a row.

why not just download all your music and be done with it? :p
