Amazon on Samsung TV

Using the Amazon app on my smart TV, I've noticed speaking is very quiet yet explosions etc are really loud, needing me to put the volume as high as 50, sometimes 60 in order to hear them talking, no idea what's going on.

Netflix has no issues, also films through my TiVo etc all play fine, have installed the Amazon app again and no change.

Any ideas?

I find all internet steaming services have low volume, apart from youtube for some reason. I just turn the volume up when i stream.

It's annoying though as at night it's too loud but you struggle to hear them talking.
