Amazon Photos Android App

Hi all

This is fairly niche so I'm not sure if I'll have any luck, but there's no solution that works for me on Google...

I have a OnePlus 8 Pro and back up my photos to Amazon cloud via the Android Photos app.

For some reason it's stopped backing up and I have a backlog of photos with a white exclamation mark next to them, which I think means the upload has failed (they're not appearing in my photos account, only in my device gallery).

Like I say long shot, but has anyone come across this and resolved?

I've had a clouds on mine before, not uploaded, then when I've gone into the app, they've uploaded. Now it seems they do upload automatically.
It's been a bit flaky for me, but currently ok.

Disable battery optimisation for the app and see if that helps. I had to do that for Google Photos on my OnePlus 7T Pro since I noticed it wasn't backing up unless I opened the app, the background app management is a little more aggressive on OP phones.
