Amazon Prime Games disappearing

Hi, Amazon Prime Games is a platform that gives free games every month to Prime members, You need to claim the games each month, I've been doing this for a few months.
Today I went to get this months free games added to my account just to find the only game on the account is Battlefield V.
Fortunately I take screenshots every time i get given a free game be it here or elsewhere as the screenshot below shows.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or is it simply a case of the games not really being free?

The two pics on the left are of the games I claimed on two previous months, On the right is the pic of the games on my account today including this months games.

I had something similar some months ago...half the games missing. Just contact Amazon chat and explain. They sorted it pretty quick for me.

I did that earlier & after half an hour of trying this & that she's asked me to contact Twitch who apparently host Amazon Prime Gaming, I'll try them tomorrow, Cheers.
