Just now I bought a birthday present on Amazon for a friend and it's £19.99. So as it's 1p short I bought something for myself at £7.99 to get free shipping. I added his address to the delivery addresses. It turns out that if an order is split between two addresses, each address needs £20 minimum order to still get free delivery.
So they were offering another Prime trial, 99p for 7 days. I signed up for that. My item is going to be delivered this Sunday. But the ETA for my friend is around 19th to 20th May.
But I'm intending to cancel my trial at the end of the week. Does that mean they'll charge me the £4.49 shipping for my friend's delivery?
