Amazon Prime Subscribe and save

I am fairly new to subscribe and save. I have max savings unlocked and with 1 item costing £35 I want the full unlock however I notice 1 item is temporarily unavailable.
because I haven't cancelled my order, it is Amazon not filling it will I still get the full discount or if only 4 items are delivered will the discout drop?
