Amazon Prime sucks massive donkey balls

My deliveries are now not getting put in the "safe place" rather just left on my doorstep in full view. Had one go missing this week but they refunded me straight away.
They left two packages on my doorstep yesterday, knocked and walked off. Luckily I was in but it's not the point especially when I have back garden set as safe place if they can't be bothered to wait 15 seconds.

Been watching Office US recently, repeat watch. Watched season 1 and nearly finished season 2, thought I would watch an episode or 2 last night, nope! no longer available as the rights have been removed, what utter BS.

That's due to expired rights and probably driven by the owner wishing to stream on their own platform at a guess.

I now have nearly all deliveries straight to a local shop via amazon and have been issue free, apart from one time the steering wheel attendant forgot to scan the parcel into the store, but was soon fixed after the shop owner called amazon support.

Yeah, it’s just I didn’t see or get any forewarning it was getting removed. No big deal it just sucks a little as prime video is already bare bones, not renewing prime when it’s up later this year.

That would be a decent feature imo if they could at least update with current and possible future changes to their viewing lists.

What annoys me is when I have started a series, not been in the brain frame for it and then later decide I'm ready and it is now behind an additional wall payment.

Only half my delivery arrived this morning. ‘Still arriving today’. Doubt it, I suspect he left half of it in the van given it was meant to arrive at the same time. Absolute muppet.

Mine are always left on the floor by my door, sometimes they dont even ring the bell/knock nevermind wait! on numerous occasions the first i know of a delivery has been an email. Go back 10 years, maybe less, and it wasnt like that, they'd always knock and wait to see if someone answered. Can only think the rise in online shopping has pushed up workloads so much that theyre always under pressure.

It annoys me that most drivers just leave it at the door but I can understand why, if they wait a minute at every delivery it would add so much time to their day. What is frustrating is some are so rushed that they can't spare 1 second to ring the doorbell which is annoying.

Amazon could just get more drivers so the experience is better for everyone but why would they spend more money......

Just gone outside to the plug the car in and two Amazon parcels on the doorstep.
I check the cameras and he came at 9.10pm and just put them there, no ringing the doorbell and no putting them in my safe place.
Basically sitting there on an exposed doorstep for 3 hours so I'm not happy and complained.
