Not sure if this has been posted previously, but I've just found out that Amazon have not only forced ads on existing users, but they've also removed Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos unless you pay for the higher tier now. To be honest I think I'm done with Prime now, I won't renew when it comes up shortly. I never used Prime video much and now if I do it's been nerfed. Thoughts?

hadn't realised you had got dolby vision (... so 4k/hdr) as part of prime membership ,
nowtv's first tier 128K Audio is abysmal and one of the reasons I use sub-titles with it (on rare occassion subscribe for a month)

With all these increases in prices and nothing to gain from the increase, some are going to resort back to the old days of TPB and Torrents.

We've already stopped TV License as we rarely watch live TV or any iPlayer shows.

Still retaining Prime for deliveries, Picard was the last Prime Video show I watched.

The en****ification of everything continues. You make a good product. You get loads of customers and make loads of money. You hit a plateau and shareholders start getting twitchy. You start raising prices and make a bit more money. You reduce your costs and the quality of your service and save some money and lose a few customers. Eventually you start reducing the quality and increasing the prices too much and profit starts to decline. You squeeze every last penny out of your customers and eventually go bust.
