I use Oregon address and I did not notice any tax. Price was listed as 25$ for Spec Ops and that is what I paid.

bah, I have a free today so I wanted to play Spec Ops, and the sale was just right on time. I bet even if steam discounts it, it will be at least 25 euros, so this 25 dollars for steam version is going to be a better deal anyway, I bet.

I do not completely disagree with that, characters and writing in general was mediocre to poor, but the world design was amazing and combat encounters were pretty much the best this generation. id still know how to make an awesome shooter, even if they cannot write at all.
Thankfully in a shooter, shooting is more important than writing (although good writing would certainly help).
