I get mine delivered to lockers or collection point, or to work. Even on the weekend when I’m home I don’t get it delivered to home unless the option of collection point is greyed out.

Have you spoken to Stairs? All well and good slating the driver on here but Stairs might have it.

You need to take a step in the right direction and contact Amazon..

I've noticed that the last 12 months or so the Prime delivery drivers ring the bell and drive off after leaving the parcel behind a bin or in the external letterbox, they don't wait for me to answer the door like they used to, I don't like this. They must be under some increased time pressure is my guess.

Yup ive spoken to Amazon and also the stairs, neither know where the parcels are, ive even spoken to the neighbour who is alway in and also my designated "leave with neighbour" point which they generally choose to always ignore, they dont have it either, I totally believe them as one item was a £24 DP 2.1 cable which the old couple wouldnt even know what to do with.

Amazon state to contact them back on the 27th, even though they have seen the video of the driver coming halfway up the stairs, turning around and walking back down again never to be seen again.

Having it delivered to work might be a bit of a problem unless of course he was willing to chase me around Stourport lol, im a community carer.
