Ambient temperature effect at full load?

Obviously ambient temperature has a effect on the cpu/gpu temps, but by how much roughly? Say for example a cpu any cpu at full load hit's 50c with the room temp at 20c what would the same cpu hit at full load but with the room temp at 26c?

its would be 56


Its a delta temp so it roughly increase 1 degree for every degree the coolant is warmer.
