Ambient temps with Tri SLi

Sorry forgot to ask, so the most intensive thing thus far seems to be playing Tomb Raider, getting the water temperature to 40-43c and inside case temps hover from 20c idle to 38c under load.

Is 40C a good water temp for high load for three 780s and a 4960?
