Hi all,
just rebuilt the rig in my sig.
Playing BC2 last night with all settings on high 1920x1080, i was getting approx. 70 fps (accordng to fraps) and my 6950 was hitting 76°C (according to msi afterburner).

If i was to add another 6950, even though there's plenty of room in the case, would i expect the temps to rise even further?

Either way, what AMC would you guys recommend?

It looks like i can oc this to nigh on 6970 specs, so better cooling would be ideal.

I have 6950 xfire. Top card most ive ever seen is 90 (after hours of abuse) ususally sits arounf 70-80. Bottom card most is in the 80's but that usually sits round 60-70.

Not much but both clocked at 840 / 1250.
 
I also have 2 6950s in crossfire clocked to 920/1350, had to set a custom fan profile in Afterburner to keep them cool though- ramps up fan speed only when gaming so quiet rest of time. All below 70'.
 
Thanks guys....boosted my XFX model up to 840 last night, that's when it hit 79°C. Wasn't sure if that was normal or not. Guess it sounds like it is?
