Here's my overdrive settings...wondering if anyone knew how I could get higher clock speeds, been reading an old thread on another forum, people have pushed 3.5ghz on same chip/board.

Voltage

If you want to go higher you will need more voltage..

The AMD safe limit is 1.5

Just to be super safe stick to 1.45 and see how much higher you can go stably

Also if you start to get unstable check your ram speed as you sometimes need to lower the speed as you will be overclocking it.

Everytime I up the HT (ref) clock, even by 1MHZ and 'apply' my computer restarts...

cooler I'm using is Cooler Master Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler

If it is becoming unstable you want to try a little more voltage see if it becomes stable then. Also when you are raising the base clock you have to consider cpu voltage, nb voltage, ram multiplier/speed and timings, and the HT speed as too much will cause instability, you want to keep it at 2000. Regarding voltage for amd cpus 1.5v is perfectly safe, for my cpu which is the athlon 620 it is in fact the sweat spot, the scale you want to use is:
1.6v - degradation
1.55v - max for 24/7 and not recommended
1.5 and below - perfectly safe
