Hi guys,

Am I right in thinking a new mid range amd card will be out soon? Is it the 2600?

Interested in this as I would like to build HTPC and I believe this card some nice features for this.

htpc would be best off with a quiet card, low power consumption and low heat output along with HD video acceleration.
since the 2600 is not out yet i can;t say how it will be. but if i was to go out today and get a gfx card for my htpc, it would be a 8600gt.
