AMD 2600XP Changing Voltage

I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but when I look at the cpu voltage using CPU-z, it is constantly changing.

It has gone up to 1.728, but normally floats around 1.664 and 1.648. Is this normal or does it suggest a problem?

I used to have a cheap psu, but about 2 months ago I got a antec truepower 400w from ocuk. I didnt check before I installed the new psu.
