AMD 290 CROSSFIRE Query

If that card was to run faster at 1440P then 970 SLI then it would be an option :) Actually it may do i havent read many reviews to be honest

Guess were both a bit ocd then mate.:)

From looking at the op's motherboard, it has a gap very similair to my old P8 Z77 V Pro, this one i ran sli'd 670's and temps were much better on those than my new board/cards in sig, (one slot gap).

Would be interesting to see how a side fan helps, look forward to your findings Watling.:)
