My computer has been running reallly slowly for the past couple of days so i checked my temperatures, gpu is at 61 degrees and cpu at 54 degrees, both with no overclocking at all. Is this a bit too high or fine because of the warm weather?
 
its the basic cooler that came with the processor and same with the gpu, i have like 4 fans in there so i dont know why its so hot. My case is a coolermaster ATCs . Its really heavy and made of metal so that should be good too?
 
my computer has been locking up and freezing a lot over the past couple of days, only when playing a game. Hope my cpu is gonna survive the summer.

just went into the bios and its voltage is 1.5 volts is this way to high? I didnt build the system a local computer shop did, they messed it up?
