Amd 4400 dual core, OC Help me please :)

okay, im kinda a "noob" to overclocking, iv got my amd 4400 to 2.45ghz but i dont know how to clock it further without my htt speed going over 1000mhz, cause if it goes over it then my pc wont boot, iv used mobo drivers to clock to 2.45ghz and it wont let me take it further i dont know why,

i have a pretty good coolder aswell, my uncle works at an engerneering place so he built me a copper heat piped heat sink and i fitted a 25cm fan off a thermaltake side panel it can cool my cpu to 26c (16c room temp) and 29c (19c room temp) so its pretty good, so i would be able to OC good with it.

so any way if some one could explain how i can higher core without everything else speeding up, ether bios or a program .exe that i could use

(btw the cpu fan on the mobo driver cool n quiet thing, thats not the actual fan speed, iv not got my 25cm fan linked to mobo, its plugged into psu)

ok, at the moment im using:

222fsb,
5x ht
11x fsb,
and 180mhz ram, (202mhz after the fsb highers it)
(1100 HT, 2450 Core)

i tryed to run:

236 11x (=2596)
and 4x ht, (= 944)
and 166mhz ram,

and windows wouldnt boot and my pc wouldnt switch off, so i had to reset bios using the mobo battery,

(if it helps, my core is a 939 Toledo not a Manchester AMD core)

how did i go wrong please? i dont know what i did wrong

btw what does command rate do? what does it mean

ok you should set ram command rate to 1T. Set RAM to 133mhz, as you increase FSB it increase memory FSB. So 166mhz could be over 200mhz which'll cause instability.
hmm did my post with pics get deleted

1T command rate,. well iv allready pushed my ram to work at 200mhz on cas2, should i put it back to cas3 to OC?

btw could the fact that im using a msi k8n neo4 939 mobo be restricting my overclocking, cause its a pretty basic mobo lol

4x HT
133mhz ddr

and it still wouldnt work,

yep, iv overclocked graphics cards a lot, iv taken my nvidia 7800gtx 256mb from 450/1250 to 545/1460 and its stable with no artifacts, ,

but untill about a month ago iv never even owned a dual core processor, and untill 3 weeks ago i haddent even been into the OC part of bios lol so im new to CPU overclocking so im not going to change Vcore till i have money to repair if anything went wrong
