I was just wondering when the 480's would start appearing on the OCUK store, they're meant to be available from the 29th of June aren't they?

US price is still the same 199$/229$ for 4/8Go, £ drop low enough to make the price conversion around 1:1.
so just 199£/229£ for 4/8Go, and call it a day

Needs to be an active dual-link adapter in order to achieve anything higher than 60Hz unfortunately and those are very expensive.

Don't most screens with a higher refresh than 60hz refresh have DP anyway?

Most do, but there is a bunch of people out there with overclocked Korean monitors (best value of any monitor by far).

Also people with slightly older 3D 120Hz monitors like myself. Unfortunately it was before HDMI could support over 60Hz.
