AMD 5600+ Windsor

Hi and Aloha from Hawaii folks,

I have this MSI SLI 570 AM2 Mobo and scored a AM2 5600 Windsor CPU.
Can I use this in this Mobo and be safe ?
ADA5600IAACZ : CPU code number on it.
Also have some 3400+ to 3800 CPU'sAM2's.
450 Watt Antec PCU ( Scored new also.
I need to get it right for this Mobo so It can get completed, and also
need advice on the V.Cards ,because it say bestrecomended is the
Radeon 400 Seies. But I have a ATI Radeon 5450 ( scored), but was
told boot issues might be there.
Any good info would be heplful please.
