AMD 6000+ cooling

Hi all, I'm looking to replace my stock AMD 6000+ heatsink and fan but there's just too much choice of aftermarket coolers I don't know where to start!

Obviously it'll have to fit in my case (Akasa AK-Zen-01) and on my mobo (ASUS M2N-SLi Deluxe). Ideally it'll have a fan (not worried about silent running) that expels air to the back of the case so was looking at the Akasa 920-2 Evo cos it looks good and is reasonably priced!

I want to overclock the cpu so advice on the best cooler for this would be appreciated

The Asus silent knight is pretty good http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-015-AS&tool=3 keeps my 5200 under 40c at load, and blows air to the back of the case, its pretty big, but it fits in my cheap xion case fine.
