AMD 6000 X2 Maximum Safe Voltage on Air???

Any ideas, my mobo goes upto 1.56....v is that too extreme for a top cpu air cooler like;

Tuniq Tower 120

Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme

Any help appreciated
