I'm going to be buying this processor on friday with the Asus M2N32-SLi-DLX nForce 590 SLi and Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 TwinX (2x1GB).

Is this processor and my setup any good for gaming and windows tasks such as winrar etc.

Depends on your video card for gaming, but the system itself aint no slouch.

Decided to change my memory and purchase the Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB) as ive heard its good to use on M2N32-SLI.

Haven decided on a Graphics card yet as im thinking of getting a good stable system combination first.

Any suggestions on my current setup and a graphics card that not too expensive.

Geforce 7600 cards are a decent trade-off between price and performance, so you might want to look into those. GPU and memory speeds vary a lot on different models of them, so be cautious about that.
