I noticed an article on wired.com (link) about the AMD64 X2 6000+ edition being available on newegg.com and it also states that it is supposed to ship Feb 20th.... so will OcUK be stocking this beast?

$700 will get you the socket AM2 processor, which offers 256KB of L1 Cache, 2MB of L2 Cache and is built on the 90nm Windsor core. Furthermore, it might well render unnecessary your home's central heating system.
And has 2x 128k L1 cache as opposed to 2x 64k.milkinc13 said:correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that the same speed as the FX62, but the 6000+ has double L2 Cache (2meg), so would be faster then FX62 and cheaper
