AMD 6400+ Retail Box Help....

Does the AMD 6400+ Retail Box now ship with a stock Heatsink & Fan, getting conflicting reports over the web... one site says they now ship with the same HSF as the 6000+..can anyone who has recently bought one please enlighten me.. Thank you.

all cpus that are retail ship with hsf and retail box.
only OEMs dont ship with hsf and retail box, hence why they are slightly cheaper.

I know for sure that for at least some time, the Black Editions did not ship with coolers. However, the Phenom Black Editions have been shipping with heatpipe coolers (same as all higher end X2 Windsors) so maybe the same applies to the 6400 now?
