Amd 6800xt random performance fps drops in few games

Hi i have a amd 6800xt gpu combined with a

amd 5950X cpu and 32gb ram,​

I'm playing Monster Hunter wilds and (noticed this in few other games) the game would be hovering between 80-100 fps then suddenly the fps would dip to high 50's and climb up again fast its not as if the scene becomes intense.

something throttling the gpu? high gpu temps lowering gpu clocks? ( i have a full tower with good cooling)

-i have latest gpu drivers and memory is set to xmp profile in bios.

could anyone help me.

MH Wilds is complete crap, technically speaking, so there's that, but could just be shader compilation stutter. Testing Control yesterday I encountered persistent stuttering that had as a fix disabling Control Flow Guard in Windows Security, also something to keep in mind as a troubleshooting step. Using an RX 6800, Win 11. Never had to do that on Win10 and/or with older GPUs (Polaris, Vega).
