I just tried updating my display drivers and BSOD was the result both times. I sys restored and it all seems to be working fine again, but one thing I found curious was the information showing here:

Im running the XFX 1GB 6950, its showing 2GB memory and the memory clock is only 1250. Is there an issue or is the additional 1GB mem comming from RAM and the low clock because im idling ?
 
1250 MHz is just totally fine - it's exactly the same as the specification of a reference 6950 at full speed. Don't be confused by the 5000 MHz advertised by OcUK. 1250 MHz x 4 = 5000 MHz, it's just the same thing in different representations, not downclocked.
