AMD 7750 boost.

Hi, ATM running my 7750 (wanting to get it too max before buying new!)
232 # 15 + 1.0 volts. @3480..... 29: temp , after 6-7 hours heavy use.

What sort of volts do these cpu's get to (max).

what is your vcore at?

at 3.4ghz is prob the best your gunna get from a phenom 1

If you're getting that speed @ that voltage then that'd be a nice chip you're running.

LOL, i woke up thinking i should have added a dot (.) 100v in my post!

So its on 1.39v (3.48) ain't to bad i think. Oh it does go higher! But was asking what Is safe for these chips? Seen 1.7v? Should i see that as the limit?

you be safe at 1.5v. you need very good cooling as first gen of phenoms ran hot.

Thx, atm i get 29 temp (cpu) , running what i do.
Case never over 32. Gpu maxed out , never over ( tho old now, lol.) 34.
This cpu used to get too , 49 (temp) max on its std cooler after a long night.
So i know i can push this a little further knowing what my safe max temp is,

1.5v Is good but what have these chips got to?

No, i think its never gonna happen.

So my aim is 3.6-3.7 tops i think. (fingers crossed).


If it blows some-at at around 3.59 then its had a good run.
