AMD 7945HX - Any sign of a SFF machine based on one of these ?

I could really make use of a 7945HX based SFF machine as a compact development workstation. A couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know if someone is making / going to make one ? I can only seem to find laptops at the moment with this chip ?

2. Do these new AMD chips support the 48GB SO-DIMM's that are now available ?
