AMD 955 BE failing to post

Hey guys,

This morning after quit a harsh gaming session my PC decided to blank screen randomly, Turned it off and powered it back on and now it refuses to POST, all fans & HD's power up ok.

I have changed the GFX card - No luck
Reseated ram & CPU - no luck
reset cmos - no luck
tried booting with no hd's attached - no luck
unable to test PSU - no spare

Any ideas where to go now? it runs out of warranty next month with OcUK but rather not send my whole system away :S

Specs:

M/Board: GA-MA790XT-UD4P
CPU: AMD 955 BE
Memory: 4gb crossair
HD's: 2 x 500gb
GFX: Gainward 295

Motherboards tend to die more often than CPUs, if the fans are spinning the PSU is normally okay...

edit - tried the RAM sticks one at a time too?
 
Indeed, I can't get the board to give any bios error beeps either which is still pointing me more towards the board.

Does anyone know if OcUK will want the whole PC back or just the board?
