Hello im currently witnessing something strange. on my desktop i use the gadget that shows your RAM and CPU usage and it tells me now that my CPU is 31% in use and i really don't know why, i have no programs open, and i am not doing anything apart from having google chrome open to make this thread. Has anyone ever heard of this? is it an OS bug or something?

look at the process's list and click show processes from all users and look for something thats taking utilisation.
