I'm currently sitting on a overclocked Phenom 2 955 and I was really considering upgrading to a 4770k. I mostly do video/photo editing with gaming on the side.

My question is will it make a huge difference?
 
Speaks for itself:..100-200% increase across the board, with the odd exception.
