Not sure if this is right place to post or not but ever since the battlefield 3 update yesterday my amd 960t can no longer handle it max settings.

I have my 960t overclocked all the way too 4.1mhz but bf3 online is a mess the processor is constantly hitting 100%.

I have had to turn the graphics down a bit :(

Thankfully I got an i5 3570k sat in my draw just waiting for christmas. :)

I just tested it on my x6, it doesn't seem to have made any difference to me, still play it on Ultra preset and the FPS are around the same.

Mine is just a 4 core :( and my motherboard only lets me unlock both cores and only 5 are good. I think if I had the extra core I would be fine.

It isn't just the new maps even playing 64 player metro it was struggling badly, before the update I was around 90% usage and smooth but now I'm up to 100%.

My friend with his i5 said his usage was up to 60% where as before the update it was 50%.

There was a an extra 9 gig of data downloaded over the past few days for battlefield and only 4 gig was the maps so must be some graphics or something going on.

No one else finding it more cpu heavy?
