Will the rest of us get more detail soon, I have a MB and Memory getting dusty that I need to send back by the end of the month if I am not getting a CPU anytime soon, order confirmation at 2.13

Ordered at 14:06 and finance set up completed at 14:12, however, when OCUK sees that the finance is setup is unknown to me...I fear I am a lot further down the queue than I would have thought :(
 
Same here, being delivered noon so super stoked about that. Time to get the chores done to start building this afternoon! Kudos to the OC team!

Jesus just looked at my Amex app, my payment wasn’t processed until the next day, all the order looks good etc and email confirmations at 2.13 on the 7th, so guess I am now totally out of luck, wondered why people on this thread with later orders got their before mine

Nightmare, will have to return mb and ram in that case, can’t risk there being an issue with them and outside normal return window

Has been a lesson for me, paid via Amazon pay as that to me was obviously the fastest way of paying

May be worth an attempt to contact customer support for clarification. I would argue it is a fair question to ask them. Hold back the return for another week if possible as there could be more to the dispatching service than I would understand

I'm in the same situation with other parts I need to test ASAP. I paid with paypal - the payment went through at 14:09 and I still don't have an update. Hope we can all get some clarification soon

I’m in a similar situation, ordered at 14:15 via amazon pay. MB and Ram have already arrived but if the CPU won’t arrive until December then I’ll be outside the return window for any issues.

The order was placed as a guest (made my account after) so I’m completely out the loop on what the order status is

Edit: It was actually PayPal, not Amazon Pay
