AMD 9800X3D ETA OFFICIAL THREAD

What did the website say at that point? Did it indicate an anticipated delivery?

At 14:28 (7th) when I ordered mine it was still showing as available week of the 11th. (not that I am holding OCUK to that anymore ofc)

Was the same for me at 14:29 but then when I next looked it then said week c/o 18th
 
Thank you for everyone who's sent me their order numbers so far.

Using this we can see the latest PayPal and Amazon orders to be shipped were placed around the 14:03 mark, and it takes up to 25 minutes for orders placed using these payments to be authorised by the providers and pinged back to us. Please note there will be variance in this and isolated exceptions, such as if one of their credit facilities was used rather than debit.

The above timeframes is separate for those who paid using other payment methods via our own checkout, such as finance, which can take up to an hour once the finance agreement has been signed and authorised, or our standard credit/debit card options, which are the fastest method to pay with.

Hopefully the above reassures you of where we are currently up to with the stock we've received so far, and Gibbo will continue to update you as he secures more stock from AMD.
 
Can I also please ask you don't reach out to our customer service team asking for queue position or stock ETAs. They are not able to provide anymore information outside of what Gibbo has communicated here, and unable to provide any information on an individual case by case basis.

And what about those that ordered on debit card before 14:15 who still haven’t had their order dispatched?

Hey Doric, I am also new to the forums so I cannot DM you. I placed my order at 14:04 on the 7th and paid by credit card and also haven't received a shipment notification. Can provide the order number in DMs if you'd like.

My order was placed on the morning of the 8th just before 7am. At that point the product page said batch 1 and 2 were sold out/allocated and batch 3 would be expected in December for which orders were open. So I’m guessing that means I’m not getting one in time for Xmas?

Oof, I'm not in this race but the thing I take away from this is to pay by card only if you want any chance getting an order in early
 
Same, Order Date: 07.11.2024 14:13:25, all in the same boat I guess and waiting for any hard information

If you follow Gibbos posts, he had 300 in 1st batch, expecting 80-100 in the second, however they have sold 1,200 pre-orders

Theres also people in this thread who claim order times as late as 14:25 who have received their CPUs. Without querying the CS agents (which I wont do) I have no idea of knowing my actual Order time. I might be compeltely wasting my time with my 14:28 time if the payment didnt register on their system until much later, I've come close to ordering a backup CPU so many times now :(
 
Mine’s on the way… from another retailer… tempted to just let the OCUK order go through being as mine should be this week based on everything Gibbo has said in this thread. Cheaper here :D.

Can finally test if my new build sat on the floor looking sad boots now. Fingers crossed.
