good to hear, does this mean that you will start getting stock or have ant stock left over to sell by the end of the week?

If all items are in stock then its shipped but if multiple items are on pre order are they put aside until your order is complete or do you have to wait for everything to be in stock at once for it to be sent out.
As I get free delivery I did a separate order for everything on pre order (CPU, case and motherboard) to stop one holding up the other.
case was out of stock for 3 weeks and my 9800X3D was coming before it so cancelled the case and went with something else but found a lot of items are on pre order lately.
Would imagine items would be put aside as they come in stock for orders or you could end up waiting forever...

Most warehouse systems will pre-allocate stock to orders, I just don't know which one OCUK are using so we can't know for certain.

The original plan was that I was going to treat myself for Christmas with a complete PC overhaul, everything new except the case, the GPU and the PSU.
But with the 98003xd pricing that got put on hold, I'd like to upgrade, but I don't need to, so I will wait.
I've even cancelled my 'stock availability' alert after my experience this week, on Monday I got an alert, the price pre-order price was £530, the next day I got another alert, the pre-order price had increased to £540, it is now 20% more expensive than when first released.
I don't blame OCUK for their pricing strategy but I'm not one for playing those games and I'm happy to wait - who knows I might be waiting forever, but that may be a blessing in disguise, saving me £1300 that i don't really need to spend.

Same here. Haven’t heard anything back but it’s currently in stock so I’m assuming it’s just a matter of time and we’ll hear something at some point today!
I ordered mine on the 6th December and I haven’t heard anything either

I chose premium DPD and obviously happy with the price anyway since we’re paying for what seems to be the best gaming CPU option, just waiting patiently now. Hopefully at least some sort of acknowledgment soon because it feels weird having paid so much and not even receiving a follow up email at a later date, if it weren’t for finding this forum then I’d have absolutely no clue what’s going on

Registered and posting here to give my wife's ear a break from near constant "Wonder when my order will be dispatched..." this last couple of days - seems I'm in like-minded company on this thread!
Ordered mine 21st Dec.
Managed to ignore it all through the holidays, but since Gibbo mentioned recently all back orders would be fulfilled by end of this week I've been climbing the walls in anticipation.
Kind of feeling on tenterhooks now - assuming mine gets dispatched today, it's still up in the air about whether I receive this Friday vs next Monday given normal delivery times to NI. Makes little odds in the grand scheme, but I'll be a little disappointed if I don't get to rebuild my games machine this weekend and instead need to wait until after work Monday. My fingers are crossed.
